The home is fully furnished and maintained to the highest standards, reflecting our commitment to providing an environment of dignity, respect, and accountability.

Private Rooms

Available on a limited basis for individuals who prefer solitude and added privacy. Furnished with a bed, dresser, closet, and workspace.

Shared Rooms

Designed for two or more residents, encouraging accountability and camaraderie. Rooms include individual storage space, twin beds, and natural light.

At High Level Housing, we believe that a stable and supportive home environment plays a vital role in long-term recovery. Our residence is thoughtfully furnished with essentials—and comforts—that help create a sense of normalcy, pride, and belonging. Check out the core amenities our residents can expect below.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

Our spacious communal kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and ample cabinet and refrigerator space for each resident.

Comfortable Common Areas

The shared living room features a cozy seating, a Smart TV with streaming capabilities, and space to relax.

High-Speed Wi-Fi

Reliable high-speed internet is available throughout the house to support job searches, virtual meetings, online education, recovery resources, and staying connected to loved ones.

Free On-Site Laundry

The house includes a washer and dryer available to all residents at no charge.

Outdoor Backyard Space

The backyard provides a calm and open space where residents can have informal conversations, step outside for fresh air, smoke in designated areas, or simply sit and reflect.

On-Site Parking

We offer limited on-site parking for residents with vehicles, making transportation to work, meetings, or outpatient programs easy and stress-free.

Personal Responsibility & Respect

House Guidelines & Expectations

mandatory house meetings

The use, possession, or presence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited at all times.

meeting attendance

All residents are required to attend a minimum of three outside recovery meeting per week.

Curfew compliance

A house-wide curfew is enforced: 10 PM Sunday-Thursday, and 11PM Friday-Saturday.

employment, school, volunteering

Residents are expected to be actively working, attending school, or volunteering, unless engaging in a recovery program.

Held once a week and offer space to voice concerns, share progress, resolve conflicts, and strengthen the community.

chore responsibilities

Each resident is assigned rotating household chores.

Respectful Conduct

All residents are expected to treat housemates and staff with courtesy, use appropriate language, honor personal boundaries, and contribute to a positive living environment. 

Guest Policy

Guests are only allowed during designated hours and must be pre-approved by the house manager.

Wake up, self-care, personal breakfast, begin job/school/volunteering, recovery outpatient program, or recovery work.

Continue work or spend time working on step work, attending therapy, or running errands.

Each home is overseen by a live-in house manager who is in long-term recovery themselves. They ensure the house runs smoothly, enforce guidelines, and serve as a source of support and mentorship. 

Additionally, peer mentorship is a key component of High Level Housing. More senior residents are encouraged to support newer ones, share experiences, and foster brotherhood within the homes. This peer-driven model helps build confidence and reinforces sober living skills.

There is no set limit. Residents may stay as long as they remain committed to their recovery and comply with house expectations.

Visitors are allowed during designated hours and must be approved by the house manager in advance. No overnight guests are permitted. 

Yes. Residents are required to seek employment, attend school, or volunteer within two weeks of moving in unless attending treatment. 

For the safety of all residents, a relapse will result in immediate discharge. Re-entry may be considered after a period of sobriety and a reassessment. 

Residents are responsible for their own groceries and meal preparation, but shared dinners are encouraged to build community.
